Every Talent Partner is interviewed by our Chief AI Officer and sits the Claude Certified Architect Foundations exam, which we pay for.

Intersect AI is Certified in the Claude Partner Network Services Track. Talent Partners train through the same partner programme and sit the Claude Certified Architect Foundations exam before they join the bench.
Talent Partners are independent contractors. When a client project needs your skills, we offer it to you under its own project scope agreement, with your rate agreed before you start. Intersect stays the client's point of contact from kickoff to handover.
Nothing we build is vibe-coded. If you're used to shipping prototypes and moving on, this probably isn't the right fit.
We cover the Claude Certified Architect Foundations exam and give you access to Anthropic's partner training through the Claude Partner Network.

Job titles matter less to us than what you've built and whether people still use it. Strong experience in a few of these is plenty:
Based in the UAE? Mention it on the form. Some client work needs people on site in Dubai, though most of it can be done from anywhere.

Screening interview A technical conversation with Dr John Hawkins. Expect to talk through systems you've designed, including the parts that went wrong. The agreement is short and written in plain English. These are the questions people ask most.
No. Joining puts you on the bench, and we offer you projects when a client needs your skills. We'd rather you hear that now than after you've signed.
No. Talent Partners are independent contractors. Each project gets its own scope agreement covering the work, the timeline and your rate.
Work you do under a project scope agreement, or using Intersect systems, confidential information or client data, belongs to Intersect and its client. Anything you built before joining stays yours. You list it in the agreement so nobody argues about it later.
Yes. The only restrictions cover clients we introduce you to. If you think there might be a conflict, raise it with us in confidence and we'll work it out before any project starts.
No. We pay for the certification exam, and you don't owe it back if you leave.
Yes. AI-assisted development is part of how we work, within whatever security rules the client sets for its data and systems.
Talent Partners work inside Intersect projects. We scope the work, hold the contract, review every build and stay your point of contact, so you get certified engineers without managing freelancers yourself.
