Why enterprise is different
Making AI work in a large organisation is complex
We've worked inside organisations like this, so our advice is built for how yours actually runs.
Many entities, many ways of working
Twelve businesses can mean twelve versions of the same process.
Legacy systems and several ERPs
AI has to work with what you run today, and what you're replacing next year.
Data spread across the organisation
What AI needs usually sits in five places, in three formats, with no single owner.
Governance, risk and procurement
Every decision goes through committees, and it should.
Security, regulation and data residency
Where data goes, who can see it, and which rules apply in which country.
Change across thousands of people
A plan only works if the people doing the work actually adopt it.
What we're brought in to do
We work with you to make AI work for your organisation
Most engagements cover several of these. We shape the work around what you need.
AI strategy and roadmap
Where AI should go across the organisation, in what order, and who owns each part.
Prioritisation and business cases
One fair way to assess every idea, and business cases your CFO will sign.
Data readiness
Where your data lives, how good it is, and what it takes to make it usable by AI.
AI security
Where you're exposed today: company data in public AI tools, tools IT hasn't approved, who can reach what through AI, and how vendors handle your data. Then what to put in place.
Governance, risk and responsible AI
The rules, approvals and accountability your risk, legal and IT teams can sign off.
Operating model and Centre of Excellence
Who owns AI, how decisions get made, what skills you need, and how ideas move from request to delivery.
Independent vendor and platform selection
We aren't tied to any AI provider. We tell you which platforms fit your data, security rules and budget.
Something else?
Most enterprise briefs don't fit neatly in a box. Tell us what you're trying to work out.
Talk to an AI advisorWhen you want something built, our engineers build it, or work alongside your own team.
Data readiness
AI is only as good as the data it can reach
In most large organisations the data exists. It's spread across systems, entities and spreadsheets, in different formats, with different owners. We work out what you have, what it's worth and what it takes to get it into a shape AI can use, then help you organise it so it stays that way.

"We were data-rich but data-stuck. Intersect AI learned our complex procedures and found non-intrusive ways to capture the data, so we can finally apply AI to deliver better patient outcomes."
How an engagement works
Shaped around your organisation, not a template
Understand
Time with leadership and the people who run the work. We look at your systems, your data and the AI already in use.
Assess
Every opportunity weighed on value, data readiness, security and risk, with the business case behind it.
Recommend
A plan leadership can approve: priorities, owners, the data, security and governance underneath, and what to leave for now.
Support delivery
If you want us to, we stay on to set up the operating model, guide your teams or build what's needed.
- A roadmap with owners and business cases
- A data readiness assessment
- A security and governance approach your risk team can adopt
- A recommended operating model
- A clear first phase, scoped and priced

Our consultants trained at global consulting firms. Our Chief AI Officer is a data scientist who leads the technical design of every build. AI is the only work we do.

Enterprise AI consulting: what leadership teams ask us
What does an enterprise AI consultant do?
We work out where AI should go across your organisation, in what order and who owns each part, then put the data, security and governance underneath so it can run properly. At Intersect AI the same team can build what we recommend, or work alongside your own engineers.
Do we need to be at a certain stage with AI?
No. Most large organisations already have AI in use somewhere, from a few teams on public tools to projects running in several entities. We pick it up from where you are.
How is this different from a large consulting firm?
AI is all we do, the people you meet do the work, and we aren't tied to any AI provider. When you want something built, our engineers can build it.
How do you approach AI security?
We look at how AI is used across the organisation today, where company data could end up, who can reach what through AI tools and how vendors handle your data. Then we recommend the controls, policies and approvals to put in place, working with your security team.
Do you need access to our data?
Only what the work needs, under your rules. Much of a discovery project is interviews, workshops and reviewing how your systems and data connect.
What does an enterprise AI discovery project cost?
Discovery projects start from AED 250,000. We scope each one with you before anything begins, and it ends with a clear first phase, scoped and priced.
Do you work with our in-house teams?
Yes. We work alongside your AI, data, IT, security and risk teams, and leave them able to carry on without us.
Do you work with government and semi-government entities?
Yes. We work through your procurement process and provide the company, security and data protection documentation your team needs for supplier onboarding.
Are you independent of AI providers?
Yes. Intersect AI is Certified in the Claude Partner Network Services Track, and we still recommend whichever platform fits your data, security rules and budget. When that's Claude, you have a certified team to deliver it.
Tell us what's slowing your team down.
A couple of sentences is enough. One of the senior team reads every enquiry and replies with how we would approach it.
