This is for builders who want to move beyond demos and experiments, and work on production-grade AI agents, workflow automation, internal copilots, data tools and custom AI products.

Future project opportunities
Approved Talent Partners may be invited to support Intersect AI client projects across AI agents, automation, data workflows, application development and Claude-based deployments.
Pre-agreed project rates
Selected talent will receive a contractor agreement with a pre-negotiated hourly rate, typically between $40 to $80 USD/hour, depending on experience, role and project fit.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for AI engineers, developers and technical builders with experience or strong interest in:
- Claude, Anthropic, OpenAI or other frontier models
- AI agents and workflow automation
- Claude Code and AI-assisted development
- API integrations
- Python, TypeScript or full-stack development
- RAG, vector databases and knowledge systems
- Data pipelines and structured data workflows
- Model evaluation, prompting and tool use
- Secure and reliable AI deployment
You do not need to be an Anthropic expert already, but you should be technically strong, curious and serious about building AI systems that work in real business environments.
What is required?
If approved, you will be expected to:
- Sign an Intersect AI contractor agreement and NDA
- Complete the required Claude / Anthropic learning courses
- Pass the Claude Certified Architect Foundations certification
- Use your Intersect AI email for certification access where required
- Be open to future project-based work when suitable opportunities arise
